War on Christianity? Shooter Fires Through Church Windows, Killing Kids at Mass

August 27, 2025

Minneapolis — In what can only be described as a horrifying assault on faith, family, and innocent life, a shooter armed with a rifle, shotgun, and pistol opened fire this morning through the stained-glass windows of Annunciation Catholic School’s church, striking children gathered for morning Mass during their first week back at school.

Two children were killed, and at least 17 others were wounded before the attacker, who police believe acted alone, turned the gun on himself. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara called the violence “absolutely incomprehensible.” But for millions of Americans who have watched their nation unravel under cultural decay and godlessness, this tragedy feels like the grim new reality of a country that has abandoned its moral compass.

Witnesses said dozens of rounds ripped through the sanctuary as children prayed. Parents and parishioners rushed to the scene, horrified that such evil could strike at the very heart of their community — a Catholic Mass, an act of worship, where America’s youngest were supposed to be safe.

This attack is not just another crime statistic. It is a targeted assault on faith, children, and Christianity itself. When churches — once sacred places of safety — are turned into battlefields, Americans must ask: how did we get here?

For years, the Left has mocked faith, dismantled the family unit, undermined law and order, and allowed cities like Minneapolis to spiral into crime-ridden chaos. Anti-Christian sentiment is on the rise. Meanwhile, politicians push gun control instead of addressing the cultural rot, broken homes, and mental health crises that fuel such unthinkable acts.

Chief O’Hara called the crime “incomprehensible,” but the truth is, it’s tragically predictable in a society that strips prayer from schools, mocks religion, and treats morality as optional.

Communities across America must now rise up, return to faith, defend their families, and demand accountability from leaders who have failed to protect the most innocent. If this nation does not rediscover its spiritual foundation and restore law and order, today’s massacre in Minneapolis will not be the last.
