A busy Customs and Border Protection facility housing immigrants in Donna, Texas, is designed "like a drunken tank," not for long-term detention, according to a union spokesperson.

"We have running water at our station, let's say, the cells have a toilet, they have a water supply, and they have concrete seats because we are designed like a drunken tank," Cabrera told the DailyColler newspaper.

The Customs and Border Protection office opened the temporary processing facility on February 9, and was expected to have "ample" space for migrants held there, the agency announced at the time.
