"We don't believe in lockdowns," Johnson says of vaccines in the UK.

Britain "would not dream" of imposing any blockade on COVID-19 vaccines, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Tuesday, adding there were encouraging signs that the European Union shared the sentiment.

"We in this country do not believe in obstructing any kind of vaccines or vaccine materials," he said. "This is not something that this country dreams of participating in, and some of the things I heard encourage me in the continent in the same sense," he said.
