The House Speaker (D-Calif.) responded on Tuesday to the FBI breaking into former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort. During a TODAY segment, Pelosi said she only currently has "public knowledge" about the unannounced raid.

U.S Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart approved a search warrant for the FBI on Aug. 5.
An electronic communication warrant was issued by Reinhart in response to multiple requests, including one regarding an ongoing criminal investigation.
She was asked about House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's statement that "the GOP will oversee the DOJ immediately" as soon as it takes back the House.
Having referred to Roe v. Wade and legislation that Democrats are passing, Pelosi said McCarthy's remarks are "probably idle," adding that Democrats will win the House in 2022.
“After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social, adding that the feds “broke into my safe!”
