Trump Leads in Key Battleground States as 2024 Race Heats Up

Former President Donald Trump is showing significant momentum in the key battleground states of Pennsylvania and Georgia, according to two recent surveys that indicate Trump leading Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential race. Despite relentless attacks from the left and even surviving a second assassination attempt, Trump’s support remains strong and is gaining ground in crucial states.

In Pennsylvania, a InsiderAdvantage survey conducted between September 14-15, 2024, found Trump leading Harris by two percentage points — 50% to 48%. With only 1% of voters supporting “other” and another 1% remaining undecided, this tight race demonstrates Trump’s enduring appeal in a state that has long been a battleground. The survey, conducted among 800 likely voters, notes that it was taken both before and after news of the second assassination attempt on Trump broke. While it’s unclear how much that incident influenced the results, it’s evident that Trump’s numbers remain resilient. The survey has a margin of error of ± 3.46%.

In Georgia, Trump is also maintaining a lead over Harris. According to a Trafalgar Group survey taken from September 11-13, 2024, Trump is ahead by 1.7 percentage points, earning 46.2% support to Harris’s 44.5%. The poll, which surveyed 1,098 likely voters, also found that 6% of voters remain undecided, and 3.3% support other candidates. This survey has a margin of error of ± 2.9%, indicating that the race remains competitive, but Trump’s position in the state is a positive sign for his campaign.

These numbers reflect the growing discontent with the Biden-Harris administration and their failed policies, which have left many Americans yearning for the strong leadership that Trump brought during his presidency. Voters in key states like Pennsylvania and Georgia are recognizing the stark contrast between Trump’s America First agenda and the progressive policies that have caused inflation, crime, and instability under Democratic leadership.

Pennsylvania and Georgia are not just any states — they are key battlegrounds that could decide the 2024 election. Pennsylvania, a Rust Belt state that flipped for Trump in 2016 but narrowly went to Biden in 2020, has long been a barometer of working-class sentiment. Trump's success in the state reflects his ability to connect with blue-collar voters who feel abandoned by the current administration. His promises of economic revival, energy independence, and strong border security resonate with Pennsylvanians who want to see their state and country prosper again.

Georgia, once a reliably red state, shifted in 2020, but Trump's lead in the latest survey indicates that voters there may be turning back to the conservative values and strong leadership that he represents. With concerns about crime, immigration, and the economy on the rise, Georgians are looking for a leader who will put their interests first and restore law and order.

As the 2024 election draws closer, the choice for voters becomes clearer. Do they want a return to the failed policies of the Biden-Harris administration — high inflation, open borders, rising crime, and global instability? Or do they want a strong leader who will put America First, secure our borders, rebuild our economy, and restore our national pride?

These latest polls show that voters in Pennsylvania and Georgia are leaning toward Trump, and for good reason. He’s the only candidate who has proven that he can deliver results for the American people. As we move forward, it’s crucial for conservatives to rally behind Trump and ensure that he has the support needed to win in November.

America cannot afford another four years of weak leadership. It’s time to return to strength, prosperity, and safety under Donald J. Trump.
