Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas: abortion leak changed the court

Following the release of a draft decision earlier this month by the Washington Post, Clarence Thomas says the Supreme Court is changing its position. According to the document, the court is poised to overturn the right to an abortion recognized nearly 50 years ago in Roe v. Wade.

Chief Justice John Roberts has ordered an investigation into the leak and said the draft does not represent the final position of any of the court's members.
