No Thanksgiving and Christmas Celebrations in the state of New York

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (Democrat) discourages people from spending Thanksgiving and Christmas with friends and family outside their immediate home, warning that the "safe zone" in their home is really "dangerous". This year.

Andrew Cuomo's petition comes on the heels of last week's announcement of new coronavirus restrictions, including a maximum number of people in gatherings in private residences. The Democratic governor acknowledged that there might be problems with enforcement, which led local governments to beg them to impose the restrictions.
