In Arizona, over 750 homes have been evacuated due to a wildfire

750 residents have been forced to evacuate their homes due to a wildfire fueled by "unprecedented" winds in Arizona.

Wind gusts of up to 50 mph (80 kph) pushed the blaze over a major highway as flames reaching heights of 100 feet (30 meters) raged through homes, grass, and Ponderosa pine trees outside Flagstaff.

By Tuesday afternoon, the Tunnel Fire, which was first reported on Sunday afternoon, moved northeast away from the more heavily populated areas of Flagstaff, home to Northern Arizona University, and toward Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument, officials said.
