Border Chaos Yet Again: Two Migrant Women Fall from Otay Mesa Wall as Cartel Smugglers Exploit America’s Weak Borders

The border crisis descended into another shocking scene last Friday near the Otay Mesa Port of Entry in California, where two migrant women plunged from the towering border wall while attempting an illegal crossing. A trucker waiting in line captured the disturbing moment on his cell phone — a video that has since exploded across social media. His frantic shouts echoed the chaos as the first woman slipped and crashed to the ground, followed moments later by a second migrant who appeared to break her leg upon impact.

Local Mexican outlets reported that U.S. Border Patrol agents rushed in to provide emergency medical aid — once again forced to clean up the humanitarian disasters created by ruthless cartel smugglers who treat human beings as disposable cargo. These criminal networks continue sending desperate migrants up 30-foot walls with zero regard for their lives. Breitbart and other border reporters have documented countless cases of illegal aliens — including toddlers — being dropped or pushed from these heights, resulting in life-altering injuries and death.

This is the grim reality left behind by years of weak border enforcement: cartels in full control, women and children paying the price, and America forced to absorb the consequences. Under strong leadership, this crisis would have never spiraled into a humanitarian and national-security nightmare. Under the coming America-First restoration, it must never be allowed again.
