Students at the University of Florida were surprised when they learned about President Joe Biden's recent comment on prison camps in China, in which the president claimed that Chinese President Xi Jinping "understands", adding that "Culturally there are different rules in every country and in every country." The leaders follow them. "

Ophelie Jacobson of Campus Reform went to the University of Florida to ask students what they thought of Biden's recent comments on genocide in China.

President Biden stated: "What you are doing with the Uyghurs in the western mountains of China and Taiwan, trying to end the one-China policy by making it active, as you understand, culturally there are different rules in every country, and their leaders are expected to follow."
