
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, a business advisor, and former Treasury official named Dan Rosenfield the new chief of staff on Thursday as he tries to restore confidence in his leadership.
Johnson is reconfiguring his consulting team after the departure of Dominic Cummings earlier this month. Cummings was seen as the driving force behind Johnson's Brexit strategy and most other policies, and his departure was announced as an opportunity for the British leader's "reboot".
