Tom Cotton says Biden's pick for DHS Chief should be disqualified

Senator Tom Cotton, R from Arkansas, said the choice of Joe Biden to head the Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, should be disqualified.

Cotton's comments came on Wednesday during an interview on the TV show "Fox and Friends". He posted a clip of the interview on his Twitter account.

Fox News reported that the inspector general's report found that Mayorkas had stepped in to help foreign investors who were linked to the main Democrats through the EB-5 visa program.

The EB-5 visa program allows foreigners who invest in businesses that create jobs in the United States to apply for green cards.
