Pence argued that the United States should now authorize strikes against Iran’s remaining nuclear facilities and further degrade its ability to threaten shipping lanes, Israel, and American interests throughout the region. He declared that lasting peace comes only after an enemy has been decisively defeated, insisting that Tehran’s refusal to acknowledge negotiations or moderate its behavior leaves Washington with few remaining options.

The former vice president also expressed confidence that President Trump, whom he described as a leader who "acts from the front," would ultimately choose strength over prolonged negotiations if Iran continues to resist U.S. demands.
