Pelosi Bad Faith COVID-19 Relief Negotiations ‘Unforgivable’

White House deputy press secretary Brian Morgenstern told the Kyle Olson Shaw show this week that talks on alleviating the novel coronavirus for Americans had collapsed after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi "did an offer".






White House Deputy Press Secretary Brian Morgenstern told the Kyle Olson Program this week that talk of additional COVID-19 relief for Americans has collapsed after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. “putting on a show.”


“We have to end the lockdowns. We have to do things in a safe and common-sense way so that we can get people back to work, back to school, back to church, we can do this,” Morgenstern said in a segment that will air Saturday.


He said President Trump supports an airline relief plan, a proposal to provide protective equipment to schools, and additional stimulus checks to Americans, but negotiations with Pelosi and the Democrats fell apart.


Morgenstern echoed President Trump's recommendation that voters visit the local polling place on Election Day to ensure that absentee votes are counted.


"We want to make sure that it is one vote for one person," he said. "The winner in an election is the winner in a fair election."
