Kevin McCarthy (R) said Tuesday that Republicans have raised concerns about the leadership ability of the chairwoman of the Republican Congress of the House of Representatives, Liz Cheney (from Wyoming) after she made comments critical of former President Donald Trump.
“There’s no concern about how she voted on impeachment. That decision has been made,” McCarthy (R-Calif.) told “Fox & Friends” Tuesday.
But McCarthy said he heard "from members concerned about her ability to do her job as conference chair, to carry out the message. We all have to act like one if we can win the majority." Remember, the majority don't happen, they won. This relates to the message to move forward. "
