In the incident last weekend, two bystanders were killed in a shooting in a busy entertainment district in Philadelphia, officials said Thursday. Two men have been charged with murder and have been arrested in Virginia.
Officials said at a news conference that the two men will be extradited to Philadelphia to face charges, and they will not be given bail.
Three people died overall. Two of the people killed were bystanders, authorities have said.
