HHS Trump official: Joe Biden picks 'unusually divisive' candidates

The former director of the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) during the presidency of Donald Trump said that President Joe Biden not only "breaks away from the rule of law" with his numerous executive orders, but also "compounds the error" with some "deeply divisive appointments."
