Four killed in crash of Russian military cargo plane

RIA news agency reports that an Ilyushin Il-76 military cargo plane crashed and caught fire on Friday while landing near Ryazan in western Russia, killing four of the nine people aboard, according to local authorities.

RIA reported that five people were hospitalized with injuries.
