United States President Joe Biden will travel to Wisconsin on Tuesday to present his case in favor of the $ 1.9 trillion in pandemic aid bill in the state that helped secure his victory in last year's presidential election.

White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said last week that Biden will hold a lecture for CNN with voters during his visit to the state that has been hit hard by the epidemic and its economic fallout.

The state, which has 10 votes in the Electoral College, sided with the Democratic president over Donald Trump, then the current Republican, narrowly in the November election.
