Cavalli Strikes Again…Shuts Down the Rangers
The Washington Nationals came back with a vengeance tonight with a 6-0 shutout of the Texas Rangers. Cade Cavalli pitched another gem, leading the way for the Nats. Nats Shut Out by Rangers
The Washington Nationals fell flat in the series opener tonight in Arlington, Texas. Three Ranger pitchers combined to shut down the Nats, 5-0. The Nats started off the top of the 1st with a double from CJ Abrams. That broke Abrams’ three-game hitless streak. But the next three batters didn’t deliver. Nats Fall Flat vs Mets
Friday, August 14th After an encouraging showing against the Cubs last night, our Washington Nationals looked anything but encouraging tonight against the Mets. The Nationals managed only 5 hits and their 1 run was courtesy of a Mets’ error. Robert Stock started for the Mets.
