The president's allies called on the Justice Department to step up efforts to investigate voter fraud.
President Trump's campaign continues to assert that it has evidence of voter fraud in at least six major states despite recent comments from Attorney General William Barr.
Biggs also cited shortcomings in the Justice Department, which raised concerns about its ability to do its job.
