Washington state governor imposes widespread restrictions amid the spread of COVID-19

Washington Governor Jay Inslee on Sunday announced sweeping new restrictions on meetings and businesses, including a ban on indoor service in restaurants and bars, to combat the recent spike in COVID-19 cases in the state.
The restrictions, most of which will take effect Monday at 11:59 p.m. and last for one month.
Governor Jay Inslee said Church services and stores retail will be limited to a 25% occupancy rate, gyms should discontinue indoor services, and youth and adult sports will be restricted to outdoor activities.
