Ukraine's S-300 missile systems destroyed by Russia

Writer: Capitol TimesCapitol Times

A Russian cruise missile was fired on Sunday against four S-300 launchers that were holed up in an outbuilding on the outskirts of the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, the defense ministry said.

An anti-aircraft missile division delivered by a European country to the Kyiv regime had been destroyed by high-precision Kalibr missiles fired from the sea, the ministry reported.

A member of the European Union has not yet been identified as the country that provided the S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine.

NATO member Slovakia claims it cannot confirm that the air defense systems it provided to Ukraine were destroyed by the Russian military.
