The White House said on Friday that Trump is moving to a military hospital for treatment after being diagnosed with COVID-19.
White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnanysaid President Trump be transferred to a special ward at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, over the next few days as a precaution.
"As a precaution, and on the recommendation of his doctor and medical experts, the president will work from the presidential offices at Walter Reed over the next few days," WH Press Secretary said in a statement.
A source familiar with the matter said Trump had a mild fever. White House physician Sean B. Connelly said in a note that he is "tired but in a good mood".
Dr. Sean B. Conley said President Trump received a single dose of Regeneron combination of a polyclonal antibody, a technique used to treat a wide range of diseases.
