Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly has called for Russia to be investigated by the International Criminal Court for committing crimes against humanity as a result of its invasion of Ukraine.
Following the exit of her and other Western diplomats from Sergey Lavrov's address to the U.N. Human Rights Council, Canadian Foreign Minister Joly announced Canada's intentions in Geneva.
