Ohio gas refinery shuts down after fire

A fire at a refinery in Oregon, Ohio, caused the deaths of two BP employees on Wednesday. According to officials, the plant shutdown on Wednesday and remains offline.
Two BP employees who were injured in a fire at the BP Husky Toledo Refinery have died, the oil giant's spokesperson told news outlets on Wednesday. We extend our condolences to these two families and loved ones.
A spokesperson explained that all other employees were accounted for, and the employee assistance team was on site.
NBC News reports that it's unclear where the fire started inside the plant, according to Andrew Laurell of the Lucas County 911 Regional Council of Governments. The cause of the fire is also unclear, Laurell said.
