Kharkiv rocket attacks kill at least 10 according to a Ukrainian official




According to Interior Ministry adviser Anton Herashchenko, rockets fired by Russian forces on Tuesday morning hit the center of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, killing at least 10 and wounding 35, he said.


He said that even more victims and wounded would result from the rubble being cleared.
