Kanye West appeared to give up his presidential race in the early hours of Wednesday morning. The White House has also suggested that it will run for president again in 2024.

The rapper recounted his election day experience on Twitter, noting that voting for himself was the first time he had voted.

"Keep believing Kanye 2020, thank you, Jesus Christ," the "Jesus Is King" singer wrote on Twitter. The tweet included a video clip from his ballot, which showed that he had written in his name for the position of president.
