Joe Biden aide says the Trump Administration must approve the transition this week

Joe Biden's nominated Chief of Staff Ron Klain said Sunday that the federal government must approve the transition team's efforts this week so that Biden Administration can receive briefings on national security and tackling COVID-19.

Ron Klain said on NBC News that President Trump’s tweet acknowledging Joe Biden’s win - before later saying he did not concede - had no bearing on the actuality of the election.
