In California, Nancy Pelosi's husband is arrested for DUI

According to jail records and reports, Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was arrested on Saturday night for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.



California's Vehicle Code Section 23152 charges Pelosi for violating two of its provisions, the public booking report says. His blood alcohol content was 0.08 or more and he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.



According to records in Napa County, Pelosi, 82, was booked into jail at 4:13 a.m. local time on Sunday, and he was released at 7:26 a.m. The records, which included his exact birthdate, indicated that his bail was set for $5,000.



Near San Francisco, Speaker Pelosi has represented Speaker Pelosi's district for decades, is Napa County, which is located within California's Bay Area.
