At Pennsylvania Rally, anticipation builds for Trump in 2024

It was packed with energized supporters who hoped to see former President Donald Trump in the White House again in 2024 as he arrived in the battleground state on Saturday night.

The rally was called a "Save America Rally," and featured candidates for the United States Senate, Congress, and the Keystone State's gubernatorial race, including Mehmet Oz and Jim Bognet. He stole the show, however, as Trump made his first public appearance since the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago.

“The FBI and the Justice Department have become vicious monsters controlled by radical-left scoundrels, lawyers, and the media, who tell them what to do … and when to do it,” Trump told his audience. “They’re trying to silence me and, more importantly, they are trying to silence you.”

“But we will not be silenced, right?” He asked, to which the crowd responded with cheers and chanting of “USA! USA!” that lasted over half a minute.

The popularity Trump enjoyed in 2016 and 2020 has not faded after he left the White House more than two years ago. It was a MAGA (Make America Great Again) rally for many, who wore MAGA hats and waved "Trump 2024" banners outside the Arena on Saturday morning.
