A reporter asked Biden whether rising inflation would hurt Democrats in the 2022 midterm elections called him a "stupid son of a [expletive]!" on Monday.

“He said ‘It’s nothing personal, pal,’” Doocy said on Fox’s “Hannity.” “And we went back and forth, and we were talking about just kind of moving forward, and I made sure to tell him that I’m always gonna try to ask something different than what everybody else is asking. And he said, ‘You got to.’ And that’s a quote from the president, so I’ll keep doing it.”

"Hey Sean, with all of this going on, the globe is on the verge of World War III right now." I appreciate the president taking a few minutes this night while he was still at his desk to contact me and clear the air," he continued, speaking to Sean Hannity.

Biden, who was in Washington meeting with advisers, responded one other question before Doocy's, replying to a reporter's query about how conversations with Europe were going as worries of Russia invading Ukraine grew.
