A poll finds that nearly half of Democrats favor temporary detention for the unvaccinated

According to a recent survey, over half of Democratic voters support legislation mandating the unvaccinated to reside in "specified institutions or locations" for refusing the COVID-19 vaccination.

According to a national teleconference and online poll conducted by the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports, 45 percent of probable Democratic voters would approve such measures for unvaccinated Americans.

The survey, which was taken on January 5 and published on January 13, also indicated that 59 percent of Democrats support a government policy mandating residents who refuse to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination to "stay restricted to their houses at all times, save in emergencies."

According to the poll, over half of Democratic voters believe that those who publicly dispute the efficiency of existing COVID-19 vaccinations on social media, television, radio, or in online or digital publications should be fined or imprisoned.
